A Lazy Person’s Guide – “How To Be Happier in 2016”

Resolutions, will power, determination, apps….all came n gone year after year…You want to be happier, fitter and more fulfilled in new year. And you feel, you are still there, where you were last year !

 

You somehow know either you are too lazy to be persistent with your goals and action plan or you have no clue what is happening in your life. Maybe you are not sure and clear what you want actually. Though you have a fair idea of things you do not want and a sneak peak of what you would like.

 

Great! Super! Fantastic! Perfect Place to Be!

You are exactly where you are meant to be. Don’t worry I am not going to give any more Gyan on self-motivation, change in attitude, beliefs and get out of your comfort zone…and so and so…

 

You already have buckets full of that.

 

I am just going to ask you drop everything you know…take a deep breath….aaah….and go!!

Go in the direction of your heart and soul —> DO WHATEVER YOU FEEL LIKE, THE MOMENT YOU WAKE UP!

 

You wanna hit the snooze button – DO.

Wanna sleep again – DO.

Wanna cuddle someone – GO AHEAD.

Wanna jump up and down – JUMP.

Wanna run / dance / sing – DO.

Wanna eat cake – EAT.

Wanna work – WORK.

Whatever comes to your heart and soul,- JUST DO IT.

 

And say out loud with full energy while doing anything and everything (dancing along optional):

 

I AM LOVING IT!!! I AM LOVING IT!!!

I AM SO SO SO HAPPY & GRATEFUL TO SLEEP, I LOVE IT.

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO EXERCISE…I LOVE IT.

TO SHOUT…I LOVE IT. TO LOVE…I LOVE IT.

TO THINK…I LOVE IT. TO WASTE TIME…I LOVE IT.

TO SIT IDLE…I LOVE IT. TO RUN…I LOVE IT.

TO EAT FRUITS…LOVE IT. TO EAT JUNK…LOVE IT.

TO DRINK…I LOVE IT. TO SMOKE…I LOVE IT.

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE A CAR…

TO DRIVE RASH…I LOVE IT. TO HIT SOMEONE…I LOVE IT.

TO ABUSE BAD DRIVERS…I LOVE IT. TO BE KIND…I LOVE IT.

TO ARGUE…I LOVE IT. TO BE ANGRY…I LOVE IT.

TO FEEL HAPPY…I LOVE IT. TO FEEL RESTLESS…LOVE IT.

TO FIGHT WITH MY PARTNER AND PARENTS…I LOVE IT.

TO FEEL INSECURE, TO FEEL GUILTY…I LOVE IT.

TO HAVE A BODY TO WALK, TO EAT, TO SMELL, TO SEE, TO EXPERIENCE, TO CURSE…LOVE IT.

TO LOVE MY FAMILY…LOVE IT. TO RESENT…LOVE IT.

I AM SO THANKFUL TO MY WORK…I LOVE WHAT I DO.

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO WORK WHAT I HATE… I AM LOVING IT.

I LOVE WORRYING, I AM SO THANKFUL FOR ALL THE WORRY…I LOVE IT.

I LOVE ANXIETY AND STRESS…SO GRATEFUL TO IT…LOVING IT.

I AM GRATEFUL TO NOT TAKE ACTION FOR MY GOALS…I AM LOVING IT.

 

FOR EVERY SINGLE THING YOU DO…FEEL GRATITUDE AND LOVE FROM YOUR HEART AND SOUL…AND ENJOY 🙂

Whether you know it or not consciously, you are choosing every thought, hence every feeling and every action you take. At least, let’s become aware of this fact, take responsibility to love, be grateful and happy about every choice you make.
