Does other’s feelings and actions bother you?
The Truth is –
You are responsible for your own thoughts & emotions.
When we get bothered by others negative emotions. When we get frustrated why others are thinking the way they think, or feeling the way they feel, and try to change them… we only feed more negative energy to the behaviour we’re not liking.
If we can rather focus upon what we think and feel in that moment and come to peace and acceptance, we’ll feed more positive energy to others as well.
*Remind yourself again and again what others think & feel is their business and what you think and feel is totally yours.*
Affirm that my job is to be aware of my own thoughts, emotions and my reactions rather than other’s.
It doesn’t mean that you agree and let others disrespect you or misbehave. You set boundaries with firmness and respect and stay strong but you don’t get impacted negatively by others.
That’s where your power lies. The more you practice, the better you become.
