Do you know words have power to heal to relationships?

Handle them carefully, for words have more power than atom bombs. – Pearl Strachan

Words have tremendous power behind them, which can create magic or disaster to heal relationships.

Words like love, happiness and joy impart a positive energy on us while words like worry, fear and hurt impart negative energy on us and our relationships.

Science has proved that words have measurable energy :

Experiments have been done to measure their energy with recording devices.

*Words like happiness, angel and love showed big and high energy waves as compared to words like fear, hate, anger and tension which showed very tight and small waves.

*The tone and pitch of voice; the way these words were said, made a difference to the frequency of their energy.

*Positive words are an investment that costs nothing, yet yields very high dividends in form of solutions.

Steps to harness the power of words to heal your relationships-

First step: To achieve anything is always awareness.

Start noticing the kind of words you utter from your mouth and also to yourself in your head. As my mentor Louise Hay says, “Every single word you say and even think is an affirmation and is creating a life experience for you and people in your life.”

Second step: Change the moment you notice the negative energy in thoughts or words; start replacing them with positive energy words.

Pay special attention to your thoughts, as it’s the thoughts that make a difference to your confidence and self-esteem and in turn your relationships.

So enjoy doing this experiment on words in your life and see the magic happening in your relationships!

In which way have you experienced the energy  and power of words in your life, please do share with us; I would love to hear your story.

with love and light…
