A Lazy Person’s Magical Guide – “How To Be Happier”

Resolutions, will power, determination, apps….all came n gone year after year…

 

You want to be content, happier, fitter and more fulfilled in this year. And you feel, you are still at the same place where you were last year.

 

You somehow know either you are too lazy to be persistent with your goals and action plans or you have no clue what is happening in your life.

 

Maybe you are not sure and clear what you want actually. Though you have a fair idea of things you do not want and a sneak peek of what you would like.

 

Great! Super! Fantastic! Perfect Place to Be!

 

You are exactly where you are meant to be. Don’t worry I am not going to give any more Gyan on self-motivation, change in attitude, beliefs and get out of your comfort zone…and so and so…

You already have buckets full of that.

 

I am just going to ask you drop everything you know…take a deep breath….Aaah….and go!!

 

Go in the direction of your heart and soul —> DO WHATEVER YOU FEEL LIKE, THE MOMENT YOU WAKE UP!

 

You wanna hit the snooze button – DO.

 

Wanna sleep again – DO.

 

Wanna cuddle someone – GO AHEAD and HUG TIGHT.

 

Wanna jump up and down – JUMP.

 

Wanna run / dance / sing – DO.

 

Wanna work out – WORK OUT.

 

Wanna make love – Make LOVE.

 

Wanna eat cake – EAT.

 

Wanna start work early – WORK.

 

Whatever comes to your heart and soul – JUST DO IT.

 

And say out loud with full energy while doing anything and everything (dancing along with is optional 🙂 )

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO EXERCISE…I LOVE IT.

IA MA HAPPY TO THINK …I LOVE IT.

 

IAM HAPPY TO WASTE TIME…I LOVE IT.

 

I AM HAPPY TO SIT IDLE…I LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO EAT FRUITS…LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO EAT JUNK…LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO DRINK WATER…I LOVE IT.

 

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE A CAR…I LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO DRIVE FAST…I LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO DRIVE SLOW….I LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO BE KIND…I LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO ARGUE…I LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO BE ANGRY…I LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO FEEL EXCITED FOR NO REASON…I LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO FEEL RESTLESS…LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO FIGHT WITH MY PARTNER…I LOVE IT.

 

HAPPY TO TO FEEL GUILTY…I LOVE IT.

 

SO HAPPY TO HAVE A BODY TO WALK, TO EAT, TO SMELL, TO SEE, TO EXPERIENCE LIFE, TO HAVE CRUSH, TO ENJOY…LOVE IT.

 

TO LOVE MY FAMILY…LOVE IT.

 

I AM SO THANKFUL TO MY WORK…I LOVE WHAT I DO.

 

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO WORK WHAT I HATE… I LOVE IT.

 

I AM SO THANKFUL FOR ALL THE WORRY…I LOVE IT.

 

I LOVE ANXIETY AND STRESS…SO GRATEFUL FOR IT…LOVING IT.

 

I AM GRATEFUL TO NOT TAKE ACTION FOR MY GOALS…I AM LOVING IT.

For Every Single Thing You Do…Good Or Bad, Feel Happy and Grateful and Feel love from your heart & soul…Enjoy 🙂

Whether you know it or not, you are choosing every thought, every feeling and every action you take.

When you become aware of this fact and take responsibility to love, be grateful and happy about every choice you make, a major shift happens.

Don’t believe me.

 

Try it yourself and see what happens after 7 Days, 14 Days and 21 days of doing it… Expect Miracles.

 

But make sure you do it and you do it out loud.
